About Jordan
Jordan LaCrosse is a Partner at Avenue Solutions, a majority–woman-owned government relations firm based in Washington, D.C., where she leads the firm’s work at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, biotechnology, and national-security-focused supply chains. She advises Fortune 500 companies, emerging innovators, and national coalitions, helping them navigate complex legislative, regulatory, and political environments. Jordan specializes in translating highly technical issues into actionable policy strategies that have resulted in meaningful federal support and bipartisan policy wins for the organizations she represents.
Before joining Avenue Solutions, Jordan worked on women’s rights and economic security for the Democratic National Committee’s Democratic Women’s Alliance, advocating for greater female participation in the democratic process and advancing policy initiatives to support women in leadership, civic engagement, and political representation. She carries this passion forward today as Chair of the Jenkins Hill Society, helping cultivate and empower a nationwide network of women dedicated to public service, political engagement, and community leadership.
Jordan began her career on Capitol Hill as a fellow in the office of Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), where she covered foreign policy, healthcare, and voting rights. While supporting the Congresswoman’s work on the House Appropriations Committee and the Democratic National Committee, Jordan gained deep experience in the federal legislative and budget process and developed a strong network of bipartisan relationships that continue to anchor her work today.
Jordan holds a master’s degree in International Service with a concentration in Intelligence and National Security from American University. During her graduate studies, she researched Russian foreign policy, cyber, and intelligence and led a Treasury Department–supported project analyzing Russian and Ukrainian oligarch financial networks. She now integrates this national-security background into her client advisory work, particularly on foreign adversary threats, healthcare infrastructure security, and cybersecurity standards.
She has been recognized for her academic and professional contributions with the Notable Service Award from American University’s School of International Service.
